For a brief period, skins for V and Johnny Silverhand will be available in the marketplace as part of Fortnite’s crossover with Cyberpunk 2077. Many players have already picked up the skins, eager to play a few matches as the chaotic duo, despite the mixed reactions.
However, Johnny’s skin seems to have a recurring glitch that makes him bald. Players have been sharing screenshots of the skin losing its signature hair on social media, humorously stripping Johnny of his iconic rockerboy look from his own game.
Johnny Silverhand Keeps Losing His Hair
Lore-wise, this is probably the third worst thing to ever happen to him
Players say this problem happens when you use the Johnny skin in the Fortnite: Save the World menu. I’m not sure why this makes Johnny lose his hair, but it seems to be an ongoing issue with just this skin. Poor guy, as if he hasn’t been through enough already.
Although this is a small issue, there are other concerns with the Cyberpunk 2077 collaboration. Some fans feel the game isn’t a great fit for a Fortnite crossover, pointing out that Johnny probably wouldn’t be too happy about being turned into a microtransaction. Others, however, hope to see both versions of the protagonist in the future and wish both male and female V were available
Either way, V and Johnny will be in the store until January 5.
